BIRMINGHAM | A Jefferson County man has been arrested for allegedly shooting a 12-year-old boy during a game of Russian roulette.

Sgt. Randy Christian of the Sheriff's department said Kortdero Sillence was arrested Tuesday night in the June 12 shooting. The suspect's mother turned him in.
